Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at Store@biochemoils.com & +91 91492 26007. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds for eligible returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Return Policy:

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exclusions:

– We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used.

– Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
